Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Diggit Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing any service or package from Diggit Solutions, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Revision Policy

The number of revisions included with a project depends on the package selected at the time of purchase. We aim to ensure client satisfaction and will provide revisions as outlined within your selected package. Revisions apply only to the original brief and agreed scope of work.

Revisions will not be provided in the following situations:

  • A change in the original brief or project requirements
  • A change of business direction or concept
  • Approval of initial designs followed by a request for a new concept
  • Disagreements between stakeholders not related to the original brief

The standard turnaround time for revisions is up to two (2) business days, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions below.

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • A special or discounted package has been purchased
  • Initial concepts have been approved
  • Work has progressed beyond the agreed milestone
  • No response has been received from the client for 14 days or more
  • The client has breached these Terms and Conditions
  • A third-party designer or agency has been engaged for the same project
  • The creative brief was incomplete or inaccurate
  • A complete change in concept or business direction is requested
  • A refund is requested more than 15 days after purchase
  • Services involving third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting, paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing)
  • For bundled services, refunds (if approved) will apply only to the unused portion of the specific service, not the full package

If a refund is issued, all intellectual property rights and ownership of any work created will revert to Diggit Solutions. The client will have no rights to use any design concepts, drafts, or final deliverables created prior to the refund. Diggit Solutions reserves the right to decline refund requests where work has been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.

3. Guaranteed Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering original, custom-made designs tailored to your requirements. Revisions are provided within the scope of the agreed brief. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining clear project boundaries and timelines. All designs and content created by Diggit Solutions are original and created specifically for each client project.

4. Delivery Policy

Turnaround times vary depending on the service and package selected.

  • Logo design: Approximately 2–3 business days
  • Website design: Approximately 5–10 business days (depending on complexity)
  • Rush services may be available upon request and may incur additional charges

Timelines begin once full payment (or agreed deposit) and complete project information have been received.

5. Website Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, ownership rights to the final approved website design or deliverables are transferred to the client. Until full payment is received, Diggit Solutions retains ownership of all work.

Diggit Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Display completed work in its portfolio for marketing purposes
  • Retain ownership of unused concepts and draft materials
  • Any third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images, licensed materials) remain subject to their respective licensing terms

6. Content Creation & Population

Website design and development packages do not include content creation unless explicitly purchased as an additional service. Where content services are purchased:

  • Content will be created specifically for the client’s brand
  • Ownership transfers upon full payment
  • Stock images may be used where appropriate
  • Client approval may be required for paid stock assets
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate product/service information and business details

7. Non-Disclosure & Professional Conduct

Diggit Solutions respects client confidentiality and will not disclose, sell, or share client information without consent, except where required by law. Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, its terms will take precedence. Both parties agree not to intentionally damage or defame the reputation of the other following project completion.

8. Record Maintenance

We retain project files and records for up to 12 months from project completion. If a client requests previously delivered files:

  • Proof of purchase may be required
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared
  • Files will be delivered to the original account or registered email
  • After 12 months, file retrieval cannot be guaranteed

9. Customer Support

Our support team is available during standard UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Support is provided via:

  • Email
  • Website contact form
  • Scheduled consultation

Response times may vary outside working hours.

10. Technical Support

Diggit Solutions provides digital services including branding, website design, development, and related digital solutions. Unless explicitly included in a service agreement:

  • Full technical training is not included
  • CMS training is limited to basic user guidance
  • Email configuration guidance is limited to setup instructions
  • Hosting issues with third-party providers are outside our responsibility

Hosting:

  • If hosting is purchased through Diggit Solutions, it may be provided via a third-party hosting provider. We are not liable for outages or technical issues caused by the hosting provider.
  • If the client provides their own hosting, Diggit Solutions is not responsible for server performance, downtime, or hosting configuration issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

Diggit Solutions shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
  • Misuse, alteration, or modification of delivered work
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before publication or launch

12. Amendments

Diggit Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
